Wireless Telecom (NYSE:WTT) on Thursday announced a $4M share repurchase program. The program will expire on Dec. 31. "The program represents ~11% of our current market capitalization," said WTT CEO Tim Whelan. WTT expects to fund this program with available corporate funds, including cash on hand and future cash flow. The program may be discontinued or suspended at any time.
