Wishpond Technologies CEO Ali Tajskandar and chief financial officer David Pais joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share its 1Q 2023 financial numbers that showed 38% year-over-year revenue growth to $5.6 million.

Pais also told Proactive gross profit saw a 45% increase, with a gross margin percentage of 66%, and positive adjusted EBITDA showing an increase of 147%.

Tajskandar telling Proactive growth was driven organically from stronger product demand, an increase in sales and marketing activities, and new product introductions. The company currently has $1.9 million in cash and no debt and plans to look at building its acquisition pipeline.
