CPYYF - WNS Centrica extend partnership

Energy services and solutions company Centrica (CPYYF) has extended its partnership with Business Process Management ((BPM)) solutions provider WNS (WNS).As part of the extension, WNS will enable the utilities company to transform its customer experience delivery.WNS has co-developed a transformation roadmap with Centrica to offer a Unified Customer Experience (CX) across all channels. It will also maximize First Contact Resolutions to deliver improved customer retention, reduced cost-to-serve and enhanced customer lifetime value.
