  • The SPAC had announced its plans to merge with professional services and business consulting group Aries Technology earlier in the year.
  • Aries is a subsidiary of Aark Singapore Pte., and the deal estimates the market capitalization of the combined company at around $656M.
  • The closing of the business combination is anticipated to occur on or about November 6.
  • Following the closing, the combined company would operate as Aeries Technology.
