WOWMF - WOW! Unlimited Media Announces Grant of Options
TORONTO and VANCOUVER, Canada, May 16, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- WOW! Unlimited Media Inc. (“WOW!” or the “Corporation”) (TSX-V: WOW / OTCQX: WOWMF), the next-generation kids and youth entertainment company, announces the granting of options pursuant to the Corporation’s stock option plan, as approved by shareholders on December 12, 2016, and subject to the TSX Venture Exchange’s policies and approval.
The Corporation has granted an aggregate of 495,000 stock options, expiring in five (5) years, to officers, consultants and employees of the Corporation. Each stock option entitles the holder to subscribe for one (1) common share of the Corporation at an exercise price of C$1.40 per common share.
In accordance with securities regulator requirements, any shares issued pursuant to the exercise of such stock options will be subject to resale restrictions for a period of four months from the date of grant.
