WuXi Biologics (WXXWY) will acquire biologics manufacturing facilities in Hangzhou, China, from Pfizer China (PFE) in a deal expected to close in the first half of the year.Financial details were not disclosed.WuXi says the acquisition of the 50,000 square-meter facilities will allow the company to boost its commercial drug substance and drug product capabilities.WuXi shares closed Monday up 4.5% to $23.61, while Pfizer shares were up 1.2% to $35.83
