Xenetic Biosciences ( NASDAQ: XBIO ) has announced it will effect a one-for-ten reverse stock split of its outstanding common stock, effective May 15, 2023.
The company expects that upon the opening of trading on May 15, 2023, its common stock will trade on the Nasdaq Capital Market on a split-adjusted basis under the current trading symbol "XBIO" and the new CUSIP number 984015 602.
