XHR - Xenia Hotels & Resorts prices upsized offering

Xenia Hotels & Resorts' (XHR) operating partnership XHR, priced its upsized offering of $200M (earlier $150M) principal amount of 6.375% senior secured notes due 2025 at a price equal to 100.25% of face value.Offer expected to close on Oct. 20, 2020.Notes will pay interest semi-annually having a fixed annual interest rate of 6.375% with maturity on August 15, 2025.Proceeds along with cash on hand to be used to repay its two term loans maturing in 2022 in full.Alongside the transaction closure and payoff of term loans, recently announced amendments to the company's remaining corporate credit facilities will become effective.Shares +0.94% AH
