XOMA - Xoma prices $35M offering of depositary shares

Xoma (XOMA) has priced its public offering of 1.4M depositary shares at an IPO price of $25.00/share, for gross proceeds of $35M.Each depositary share represents a 1/1000th fractional interest in a share of the Company’s 8.375% Series B Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock. Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 200K shares. The Company’s depositary shares are expected to begin Nasdaq trading under the symbol “XOMAO” within 30 business days of the closing date, if approved. Net proceeds will be used to fund the segregated dividend account and for general corporate purposes.Closing date is April 9.
