XS Financial ( OTCQB:XSHLF ) said Monday it amended its $43.5 million unsecured convertible notes.

The notes, which were originally scheduled to mature on October 28, 2023, will now mature on either June 30, 2024, or December 31, 2024, if certain conditions are met.
