Youngevity (YGYI) announced today that the company has reached a deal to acquire Khrysos Global as well as INX Labs and its testing facilities. The company has created Khrysos Industries, Inc. which will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Youngevity. This turn-key acquisition will allow Youngevity to participate in an already thriving hemp processing sector with existing clients and potential new clients as the sector grows.
