- and the matter is closed.
- The company received letter from Nasdaq on January 11, 2023, stating that the company's stock price is trading below minimum bid price of $1.00 for the past 30 days.
- The Company’s ordinary shares had a closing bid price at or above $1.00 per share for more than 10 consecutive business days from June 20 to July 3, 2023.
