Led by higher demand, ZEN Graphene Solutions ([[ZENYF]] +1.6%) raised its non-brokered private placement offer size to 1.4M units at C$2.5/unit for gross proceeds of up to C$3M.Each unit will consist of one share and one-half of one share purchase warrant; warrant exercisable to acquire one share at C$3/share for two years from issuance date.Offer is subject to a minimum subscription amount of C$2,500.Net proceeds to be used for funding capital expenditures and operating expenses at Guelph locations supporting the scale-up and production of its biocidal coating to serve existing client orders and create capacity for subsequent clients.It also plans to continue investing in ZEN's intellectual property related to graphene and general corporate purposes.
