• Xiaomi and Zepp have signed a strategic agreement, where Zepp designs and develops Xiaomi’s wearable products and Xiaomi distributes the merchandise.
• Zepp is down >80% from ATH and now trades at an unbelievable x0.17 price-to-Book, and x0.23 EV-to-Revenue.
• Based on a fundamental analysis, I assign a BUY/High-risk rating to the stock. My target price is $8.05 per share.
