ZGNX - Zogenix proposes $200M debt offering

Zogenix ([[ZGNX]] -1.1%) plans to offer $200M principal amount of convertible senior notes due 2027 in a private offering to institutional buyers.Interest rate, initial conversion rate to be determined at pricing. Initial purchasers' additional option is $30M of notes.The company intends to use the net proceeds primarily to fund development and commercialization of Fintepla in Dravet syndrome, Lennox-Gastaut syndrome, and to fund the development of MT1621 in TK2 deficiency.
