VANCOUVER, BC , Sept. 28, 2020 /PRNewswire/ -- Zoomd Technologies Ltd . (TSXV: ZOMD) (OTC: ZMDTF) ( https://www.zoomd.com ) and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zoomd Ltd. (collectively, " Zoomd " or the " Company "), the marketing tech (MarTech) user-acquisition and engagement platform, announces that, it has granted a total of 511,691 incentive stock option to one of its directors, subject to TSXV acceptance. Each option is exercisable to purchase one common share of the Company until September 27, 2025 at a price of $0.19 per common share in accordance with the terms of the Company's stock option plan.
