Zovio (ZVO) announced today that after his 18-years tenure Andrew Clark, Founder, President and CEO has decided to depart from the company and all other offices, effective Mar.31."With the successful transition to an Ed Tech Services company, in close collaboration with the Board, we mutually agreed now is the right time to make a transition to the next leader of Zovio," Mr. Clark commented.Search for a new CEO has commenced; to ensure operational transition until a new CEO joins, Board has created the Office of the CEO led by George Pernsteiner, Chair of the Zovio board, and includes Chris Spohn, EVP of Operations, and Diane Thompson, EVP, Secretary and General Counsel.
