ZYXI - Zynex announces additional $10M share buyback plan

Zynex ( NASDAQ: ZYXI ) shares gained 3% Tuesday morning after the medical technology company announced an additional $10M share buyback authorization.
The program will commence on Nov. 1, 2022 and is scheduled to terminate on Oct. 31, 2023 or when the $10.0 million buyback limit is reached.
The company had approximately 41.6M shares issued and 37.5M shares outstanding as of Nov. 1, 2022. It has repurchased $20M of its common stock so far in 2022.
