Zynex ( NASDAQ: ZYXI ) said Thursday that CEO Thomas Sandgaard has determined not to pursue the secondary public offering of 2 million shares of the company.

However, the company will continue to pursue the offering of $50.0 million convertible senior notes due 2026.
