BUDX Stock, Cannabis Growth ETF Information

The investment seeks longterm capital appreciation. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in exchangetraded equity securities of companies engaged in legal cannabisrelated businesses. Its equity investments will consist only of exchange traded equity securities of companies that are engaged exclusively in legal activities under applicable national and local laws including U.S. federal and state laws. The fund may also purchase and write i.e. sell call and put options on individual securities indexes and ETFs. It is nondiversified. The fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets (plus any borrowings for investment purposes) in exchange-traded equity securities of companies engaged in legal cannabis-related businesses.
