The investment seeks to track the performance before fees and expenses of the Change Finance Diversified Impact U.S. Large Cap Fossil Fuel Free Index. Under normal circumstances at least 80% of the funds total assets will be invested in the component securities of the index. The index was developed by Change Finance PBC the funds investment adviser and index provider and uses an objective rulesbased methodology to measure the performance of an equalweighted portfolio of approximately 100 large cap U.S.listed companies that meet a diverse set of environmental social and governance ESG standards. Under normal circumstances, at least 80% of the funds total assets will be invested in the component securities of the index.
