The Fund seeks to provide investors with returns that match the price return of the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF, up to the upside cap of 24.56% and 23.67% The fund invests at least 80% of its net assets in FLexible EXchange Options (FLEX Options) that reference the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets ETF (the Underlying ETF). FLEX Options are exchange-traded options contracts with uniquely customizable terms. The Underlying ETF is an exchange-traded fund which seeks to track a quarterly reviewed index, the MSCI Emerging Markets Index, designed to represent the performance of mid- and large-cap securities in emerging market countries. It is non-diversified.
