The investment seeks investment results that correspond (before fees and expenses) generally to the performance of its underlying index, the Entrepreneur 30 Index. The index comprises 30 U.S. Companies with the highest market capitalizations and composite scores based on six criteria. Under normal circumstances, the fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in securities of companies included in the Entrepreneur 30 Index. The fund is non-diversified.
