The Company s principal business activity is the acquisition and advancement of high quality mineral assets with a focus on the Americas. At a time when market values are significantly lower than in the immediately preceding years, the Company s key objective is to rapidly build and expand its mineral assets in advance of the expected price appreciation in precious metal commodity markets. As at the date of this filing, the Company has mineral properties in its mineral bank portfolio, located in Canada, Mexico and the United States. The Company s goal is to grow its mineral property bank by increasing its portfolio to mineral properties, which will primarily be comprised of gold, silver, copper, lead, zinc and nickel, subject to market conditions. The Company intends to build shareholder value by ultimately entering into earn in agreements with third parties who would move the assets forward into production whilst the Company retains a residual interest. This could be in the form of a royalty, metal stream, minority interest, and/or equity positions in the acquiring third parties.
