The investment seeks to replicate investment results that generally correspond to the Inspire SmallMid Cap Impact Equal Weight Index. The fund generally will invest at least 80% of its total assets in the component securities. The index provider selects securities from a universe of publicly traded domestic small and mid capitalization equity securities of companies with market capitalizations between 1 billion and 3.5 billion and which have an Inspire Impact Score of zero or higher.
