KEJI Stock, Global X China Disruption ETF Information

The Global X China Disruption ETF (the Fund) seeks to achieve long-term growth of capital. The Fund is an actively managed exchange traded fund (ETF) sub-advised by Mirae Asset Global Investments (Hong Kong) Limited (the Sub-Adviser) that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing in exchange-listed companies that are economically tied to China and which are relevant to the Funds investment theme of disruptive innovation. Under normal circumstances, the Fund will invest at least 80% of its net assets, plus the amount of any borrowings for investment purposes, in exchange-listed companies that are economically tied to China. The Funds 80% investment policy is non-fundamental and requires 60 days prior written notice to shareholders before it can be changed.
