MLPA Stock, Global X MLP ETF Information

The investment seeks to provide investment results that correspond generally to the price and yield performance, before fees and expenses, of the Solactive MLP Infrastructure Index (underlying index). The Fund invests at least 80 percent of its total assets in the securities of the Underlying Index. Moreover, at least 80 percent of the Fund's total assets will be invested in securities that have economic characteristics of the Master Limited Partnership (MLP) asset class. The Fund's 80 percent investment policies are non-fundamental and require 60 days prior written notice to shareholders before they can be changed.
