The Pacer Lunt MidCap Multi-Factor Alternator ETF (the Fund) is an exchange traded fund (ETF) that seeks to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Lunt Capital U.S. MidCap Multi-Factor Rotation Index (the Index). The Fund employs a passive management (or indexing) investment approach designed to track the total return performance, before fees and expenses, of the Index.
