Viridi Cleaner Energy Crypto Mining and Semiconductor ETF (the Fund) seeks capital appreciation. The Fund is an actively managed exchange-traded fund (ETF) focused on the cryptocurrency mining and semiconductor industries. New Gen Minting, LLC, known as Viridi Funds, (the Sub-Adviser) is responsible for security recommendations and clean energy screening. The Sub-Adviser acts as a non-discretionary sub-adviser and provides its recommendations to Empowered Funds, LLC (the Adviser). In turn, the Adviser makes the corresponding trades.
