Neometals has developed the world s largest lithium concentrator with its partners, Ganfeng Lithium and Mineral Resources, at Mt Marion near Kalgoorlie in Western Australia. Mt Marion will initally produce , t LCE as concentrates for sale to Ganfeng Lithium for the first three years. After which, Neometals and Mineral Resources plan to exercise their rights to purchase of production for processing to produce Lithium Hydroxide from a dedicated plant located close to mine. Neometals also owns the Barrambie Titanium Deposit, which it is evaluating for the production of chloride grade titanium dioxide pigment using the patented Neomet Process. A Pre feasibility Study indicated the potential to deliver lowest known operating costs. Neometals holds exclusive rights to commercialise the technology.
