ProShares Nanotechnology ETF (the Fund) seeks investment results, before fees and expenses, that track the performance of the Solactive Nanotechnology Index (the Index). The Fund invests in securities that ProShare Advisors believes, in combination, should track the performance of the Index. The Index consists of companies focused on making or applying nanotechnology innovations that allow for improved prod ucts, processes, or techniques through control or measurement of material at nanoscale.
