The investment seeks to provide current income. The fund is an actively managed exchangetraded fund ETF that seeks to achieve its investment objective by investing under normal circumstances at least 80% of its net assets plus any borrowings for investment purposes in investmentgrade bonds and other debt securities. The fund invests in fixed and floating rate securities. Under normal circumstances the fund maintains an average effective maturity of three years or less and an average portfolio duration of one year or less.
