- Pinterest ( NYSE: PINS ) released a mixed earnings report . The social media firm's Q4 profit edged past expectations, but its revenue came up short, rising 4% to $877M. The company also announced a $500M stock repurchase program and revealed that its CFO, Todd Morgenfeld, is leaving the company, effective July 1, to "pursue new career opportunities."
- Bed Bath & Beyond ( BBBY ) lost ground in premarket trading, walking back some of the sharp gains posted the previous day. The slide came after the retailer announced the issuance of convertible preferred stock and associated warrants. Shares plunged 32% before the opening bell after skyrocketing 92% on Monday .
- Skyworks Solutions ( SWKS ) rose in premarket action following the release of its quarterly results and the announcement of a $2B stock buyback. The semiconductor manufacturing company reported Q1 non-GAAP EPS of $2.59, missing estimates by a penny. The firm's revenue dropped 12% to $1.3B, broadly matching projections. Shares rose about 3% on the news.
- Chipotle Mexican Grill ( CMG ) is scheduled to release its quarterly results after the closing bell. Earnings are expected to rise to $8.89 per share. Revenue is projected to climb 12% to reach $2.23B.
CMG also makes the list of Bank of America's top 10 growth stocks, a roster that also includes Amazon and Alphabet .
