Alligator Energy Ltd(ASX:AGE) CEO Greg Hall tells Proactive that drilling operations atthe Samphire Uranium Project continued during the June quarter with asecond drill rig arriving onsite in May. Resource infill, resourceextension and water sampling test drilling will extend through to theend of September.
A resource estimate update is planned for the project in Q4this year alongside an update to the scoping study which is targetingan increased production schedule and life of mine. Meanwhile drillinghas now started at the Nabarlek North project.
Alligator released itsquarterly today, noting: During the quarter the company announcedsignificant progress had been made over the first two years of thestrategic relationship formed in May 2021 with Traxys North AmericaLLC (Traxys), the US arm of the global commodities trading groupTraxys.
Under the agreement announcedon May 10, 2021, Traxys is providing uranium marketing services forfuture uranium production long-term offtake contracting, will considerpotential support in project development financing and is assisting inuranium and energy minerals project acquisitionopportunities.
