Alpha Investment (ALPC) has filed to raise $17.25 million in a Nasdaq IPO of its common stock, according to an S-1 registration statement. The firm operates as a lender to commercial real estate property owners.
ALPC is majority-owned by Omega Commercial Finance (OCFN), and its executives also come from Omega.
