- China Southern Airlines Company ( NYSE: ZNH ) is set to apply for the voluntary delisting of its American Depositary Shares from NYSE.
- The company said it is applying for the delisting due to a number of considerations, including limited trading volume of its ADSs.
- The company intends to file a Form 25 with the U.S. SEC on or after Jan. 23. The delisting is expected to become effective ten days thereafter.
- The last day of trading is expected to be on or after Feb. 2.
