- Electric transportation company Bird Global ( NYSE: BRDS ) said it has been permitted an extension of shared e-mobility programs by certain cities, and is expanding to new cities in the country.
- The company partners with cities and universities to offer students, residents and visitors eco-friendly transportation alternatives.
- Cities including San Diego, California, Memphis, Tennessee, Newark, New Jersey, Durham, North Carolina, Louisville and Kentucky will extend their shared e-mobility programs with the company.
- Also, it will return to Minneapolis and Minnesota and expand to Bradenton, Florida, Knoxville, Tennessee, the University of Oregon and Eugene, Oregon, UNC Wilmington and North Carolina before students return to college campuses for the fall semester.
