MONTREAL, QUEBEC - TheNewswire - September 30,2020 - Dundee Sustainable Technologies Inc. (" DST " or the " Corporation ") (CSE:DST) (CNSX:DST.CN) is pleased to announce a metallurgicaltest program with a global gold producer (the "GoldProducer") on material from its gold producing operation locatedin Brazil (the "Project"). This test work is intended todevelop an optimal process flowsheet for the recovery of gold usingthe CLEVR Process(TM) and for the removal and stabilisation of arsenicusing the GlassLock Process(TM).
The Project material has been sent by the Gold Producer and receivedat DST technical and industrial complex located in Thetford Mines,Quebec. The samples (>30 kg) consist of arsenic bearing streams andhigh-grade gold concentrate produced and treated at the GoldProducer's operations in Brazil.

DST also announces that its Board of Directors hasapproved the granting of options for 4,700,000 subordinate votingshares of the Corporation to directors, officers and employees (the"Options"). The Options are exercisable at $0.35 per sharewith one third vesting immediately and one third vesting annually overthe next two year. The options expire on the fifth anniversary oftheir grant date. The directors were granted and aggregate of1,200,000 stock options. The options granted to officers and employeestotalled 3,500,000 stock options.
Following the grant, the total number of outstandingoptions under the Corporations plan is 5,493,750 or approximately9.06% of the subordinate voting shares issued and outstanding.
