(“ Hatch ”)for the utilization of DST’s arsenic stabilisation technology, knownas the GlassLock Process™ (“GlassLock” or the “Technology”),in combination with Hatch’s fluid bed roasting and arsenic dryscrubbing technologies, on gold and arsenopyrite projects.
