Flora Growth ( NASDAQ: FLGC ) said Tuesday that Clifford Starke has been appointed chief executive officer and Dany Vaiman as chief financial officer as part of its broad C-suite changes.
Starke, who previously served as president, replaces Hussein Rakine, who resigned as CEO but will remain on the company's board of directors.
Vaiman will succeed Elshad Garayev as CFO, who also resigned but will continue to serve as a company advisor.
Thomas Solomon and Kevin Taylor joined the company's board of directors as new members, and Taylor was appointed board chairman.
Flora said Jason Warnock, Jessie Casner, and Tim Leslie resigned as chief commercial officer, chief marketing officer, and director, respectively.
Additionally, the company also regained compliance with Nasdaq's minimum bid price requirement and met the listing standards.
