- Hyzon Motors ( NASDAQ: HYZN ) on Tuesday said it had got a second notification from the Nasdaq stock market that it was not in compliance for continued listing due to a delay in a filing.
- The company got the notification on May 17 stating that because it had not yet filed its 10-Q form for the period ended March 31, it was not in compliance for continued listing.
- "Hyzon ( HYZN ) has been requested by the Staff to present its views with respect to this additional deficiency to the Nasdaq Hearings Panel in writing no later than May 24, 2023," the company said in a statement .
- HYZN had earlier already requested the Nasdaq for an extension to file its forms, and that request was later granted .
- "In view of the Hearings Panel's decision granting the Company's request for extension to file the Q1 2023 Form 10-Q by June 7, 2023, the Company intends to respond to the Second Additional Staff Determination by May 24, 2023 to present the Company's views with respect to this additional deficiency," HYZN said.
