Today, I would like to rediscuss the Invesco RAFI™ Strategic US ETF ( IUS ), a passively managed exchange-traded fund with the performance I called "inspiring" in April 2022, though I stopped short of the Buy rating as its quality characteristics did not impress me, plus I found its valuation not particularly comfortable (I was more into maximalist value portfolios as the bear market was raging)....
