- Tom Ford, the luxury brand started by the former creative director of Gucci, is said to be exploring a potential sale.
- Tom Ford is working with adviser Goldman Sachs on the potential transaction, according to a Bloomberg report from late Friday.
- A deal could value the brand at several billions dollars and include an option to keep Ford on with the new owner, Bloomberg reported.
- A potential sale comes after Italian fashion brand Ermenegildo Zegna ( ZGN ) went public through a SPAC deal in late December. The shares have slipped 0.5% since going pubic and the fashion company has a market cap of $2.6 billion.
