- Women's health company Minerva Surgical ( NASDAQ: UTRS ) on Wednesday said it had appointed Todd Usen to succeed David Clapper as president and CEO, effective Jan. 2, 2023.
- Clapper has chosen to retire and will continue to work with the company under a consulting agreement for a year following his retirement, UTRS said in a statement .
- Clapper served as president and CEO since 2011.
- Usen most recently spent the last four years as CEO of Activ Surgical, a digital surgery company.
- UTRS stock earlier closed +66.2% at $0.27.
