- Minim ( NASDAQ: MINM ) said Tuesday it named CFO Mehul Patel as CEO , replacing Gray Chynoweth.
- Chynoweth will step down as CEO and director to pursue his career as a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve.
- Patel, who will also join MINM's board, previously served as VP of supply chain finance & transformation at Verifone.
- MINM also named interim chief accounting officer Dustin Tacker as CFO.
- The company also said John Lauten stepped down as COO.
- Lauten's duties will be undertaken by the C-suite and MINM will hire a VP of operations.
- Lauten will serve as an advisor to MINM in the interim.
- MINM in Jul. said Nicole Hayward Zheng will step down as president and CMO .
