- Last summer, I created a small “piggy bank” portfolio into which I can pour any excess liquidity from my Cupolone Income Portfolio.
- I named this secondary portfolio my Giotto Income Portfolio, in honor of the famous Florentine painter and architect who designed the bell tower built next to the cathedral of Florence.
- My Giotto Income Portfolio is comprised of five ETFs and one ETN. Together, these funds provide an offset for some investment sectors not covered in my Cupolone Income Portfolio.
- The portfolio is solely comprised of instruments that do not use financial leverage, although some of them do adopt rather complex strategies.
- Considering the different percentages of the various funds, the average return on this portfolio has been just under 10% annualized in recent months.
