Navigant (NYSE: NCI) today announced the promotion of seven professionals to the role of managing director.

Bryan Chamberlin, Chicago
Part of Navigant’s revenue cycle management (RCM) practice, Chamberlin has more than 18 years of experience advising healthcare providers on electronic health record (EHR) platforms and implementing best practice RCM methodologies specializing in net revenue improvement and business process transformation. Chamberlin has led numerous projects for large academic medical centers, integrated health systems, community hospitals, government providers, multi-specialty provider groups, and home-health agencies. He has helped evolve Navigant’s consulting and business process management delivery model to include strategic outsourcing.
Andrew Hancock, Detroit
A leader within Navigant’s RCM practice, Hancock has more than a decade of consulting experience, helping providers improve revenue cycle performance. He has worked with dozens of health systems of varying sizes, including academic medical centers, regional health systems, and community hospitals. Hancock’s expertise spans the revenue cycle to include patient access, back-end billing and collections, mitigating risk during EHR implementations and conversions, and net revenue improvement and optimization.
Andrea Pederson, Seattle
Pederson has more than 18 years of healthcare consulting experience, focusing on government healthcare, supporting policy analysis, program assessment, and reimbursement solutions for state Medicaid programs. Pederson is a nationally recognized expert in the design and development of home- and community-based services reimbursement methodologies affecting vulnerable populations. She is also experienced in hospital, physician, and clinic reimbursement methodologies; solutions for integration of behavioral and physical health; and strategic planning.
Geno Preskitt, Birmingham, Ala.
Preskitt has more than 20 years of broad healthcare experience in such areas as revenue cycle business process management (BPM), hospital and health system performance improvement, change and risk management, and market development. He has successfully served in several roles during his decade at Navigant, ranging from business/practice development to account executive. He’s also a member of Navigant BPM’s senior leadership team and co-leads Navigant BPM’s account executive infrastructure, working diligently to create a world-class customer experience for clients.
Julie Walker, Dallas
Walker has more than 25 years of experience as a sales leader, relationship and team builder, and skilled strategist. At Navigant, she leads the healthcare consulting business development team, assisting in driving rigor, discipline, and accountability around the firm’s sales processes and strengthening its go-to-market strategy. She establishes strong business relationships through identifying critical business needs and delivering value to organizations. Prior to joining Navigant, Walker worked at Accenture, IBM, and Dell/Perot Systems.
Energy:
Chris J. Luras, Salt Lake City
Luras joined Navigant in 2015 with over 15 years of energy industry experience and is a nationally recognized North American Electric Reliability Corporation (NERC) Reliability and Security compliance expert. He serves as the solution leader for Navigant’s risk, compliance, and security service offering within the Energy segment. Luras works with utilities on all aspects of NERC Reliability and Security compliance. Specifically, he leads the development, management, and execution of tools and services aimed at cybersecurity and reliability compliance, risk management, internal controls, and process and program improvement within the energy sector. Before joining Navigant, Luras was the director of compliance risk analysis and enforcement at the Western Electricity Coordinating Council.
Financial Services Advisory and Compliance:
Brad Schaltenbrand, Washington, D.C.
Schaltenbrand has over 16 years of financial services industry and consulting experience. Since joining Navigant in 2006, Schaltenbrand has leveraged his industry experience, outsider perspective, analytical mindset, and forward thinking to help some of the world’s largest financial services companies assess and manage risk, deal with regulatory change and scrutiny, improve performance, reduce expenses, and establish a vision. He has a successful history of selling and leading complex consulting engagements of over 200 people internationally. Prior to Navigant, Schaltenbrand managed financial and operational audits for GE and Genworth Financial businesses in the U.S., Europe, and Australia. He also contributed to projects facilitating the Genworth Financial IPO and applied GE’s Six Sigma methodology to improve processes, productivity, and customer retention.
