- Nevada Silver ( OTCQB:NVDSF ) said Friday that Oliver Lennox-King has been appointed non-executive chairman of the company's board, effective immediately.
- Lennox-King replaces John Kutkevicius, who held the position in an interim capacity since the summer of 2022.
- Most recently, Lennox-King was the chairman of Roxgold Inc from 2012 until its acquisition by Fortuna Silver Mines Inc ( FSM ) in July 2021.
- The company said Megan McElwain as appointed non-executive director, and Ian Pringle will step down to take up a dual role as chairman of the NSC technical committee and president and director of company's unit North American Silver.
- The company also granted an aggregate of 3,650,000 stock options to certain directors, officers and consultants.
- Each stock option entitles the holder to purchase one common share at $0.25 per share for a 5-year period.
