Shares of SKYX Platforms ( NASDAQ: SKYX ), formerly known at SQL Technologies, fell 10% in afternoon trading Tuesday.
SKYX stock opened at $2.99, then slid to a session low of $2.22 in early afternoon. They stock recently changed hands at $2.54, down 10%, at approximately 3:00 p.m.
The company changed its name to SKYX Platforms in June, which it said better reflected its business model and patented smart platform technologies for residential and commercial buildings.
SKYX went public on Feb. 10 through an upsized initial public offering. The company offered 1.65M shares at $14 per share, raising $23M.
