Jaguar Global Growth Corp. I ( NASDAQ: JGGC ) plans to merge with GLAAM, a maker of architectural media glass for enhanced building connectivity.
The deal pegs the enterprise value of the company at $309M. The combined company will be renamed, with shares trading on Nasdaq. A closing is anticipated in Q3.
Based in South Korea, GLAAM has developed a building product called G-Glass that allows buildings to be used as "media devices," meaning they can be used as massive display screens and for interactive experiences. The product has already been used in over 460 installations, including structures at the 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympics and Qatar's Cedars Sinai Hospital.
Jaguar went public in February 2022, raising around $200M.
